Starter Interlock Relay Test

  1. Interlock relay has a Blue, 4-terminal connector and is located below EFC/MPFI control unit and to far left of unit. EFC/MPFI control unit is located behind drivers left dash panel. Locate and unplug interlock relay.
  2. Connect test light to Black/White wire terminal of interlock relay. Using jumper wire, apply 12 volts to both Black/Yellow wires terminals of interlock relay.
  3. Using another jumper wire connected to ground, momentarily touch jumper wire to Black/Blue wire terminal of interlock relay. Test light should come on. If test light does not come on, replace interlock relay.
