Code 41: Air/Fuel Ratio Control System

NOTE: Refer to illustration for ECU connector and terminal identification. See Figure .

Ensure fuel injectors, coolant temperature sensor, pressure sensor, O2 sensor, and fuel pressure are operating within specifications. See CODES 14, 15 & 16, FUEL INJECTOR; CODE 21, COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR; CODE 23, PRESSURE SENSOR; and CODE 32, OXYGEN SENSOR. Repair as necessary. If systems are okay, check for poor ECU connector contact. Repair connector and/or wiring harness as necessary. If connector and wiring harness are okay, replace ECU.
