DTC P0441 (CPC_F) - EVAP Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
- Connect SSM. Retrieve DTC(s). If DTC P0105, P0106, P0443 or P1102 is present, diagnose affected DTC(s) first. If no other DTC is present, go to next step.
- Turn ignition off. Jumper test mode connector located behind left side of dash. Turn ignition on. If purge control solenoid does not operate at about 0.3 Hz, replace purge control solenoid. If purge control solenoid operates at about 0.3 Hz, disconnect canister purge solenoid hose and blow through hose to check if pulsations occur. If pulsations do not occur, replace purge control solenoid. If pulsations occur, check and repair loose connections, cracks and clogging in evaporation line.
