Inhibitor Switch: Adjustment
Loosen 3 inhibitor switch mounting bolts. Move gear selector lever to "N" position. Insert Stopper Pin (499267300) as vertically as possible into holes in inhibitor switch lever and switch body. See Fig 1 . Tighten mounting bolts and recheck adjustment. Ensure engine will start only with gear selector lever in "P" position, and back-up lights come on in "R" position.
