Remote Transmitter

NOTE: Procedure must be performed within 45 seconds.
  1. Perform test sitting in driver's seat. Ensure all doors, rear gate or trunk are closed. Open and close driver's door. Turn ignition switch from ON to LOCK position 10 times in rapid succession (within 15 seconds). DO NOT start engine. Horn will chirp once, indicating system is in programming mode.
  2. Open and close driver's door. Press any button on remote transmitter that needs to be programmed. Horn will sound 2 times indicating remote transmitter has been programmed. To program additional remote transmitter(s), repeat this step. After programming remote transmitter(s), go to next step.
  3. Remove ignition key from switch. Horn will chirp 3 times indicating that system has exited the programming mode. Ensure each remote transmitter operates properly.
