Select Cable: Installation
- Install select cable to plate assembly.
Tightening torque: 32+/-10 N.m (3.3+/-1.0 kg-m, 24+/-7 ft-lb)
- Install select cable to range select lever.
- Install select cable bracket to body.
Tightening torque: 25+/-7 N.m (2.5+/-0.7 kg-m, 18.1+/-5.1 ft-lb)
- Install plate assembly to transmission.
Tightening torque:
T: 24.5+/-2.0 N.m (2.5+/-0.2 kg-m, 18.1+/-1.4 ft-lb)
- Install snap pin to range select lever.
- Move the select lever to the "N" position, then adjust the select cable position. See SELECT CABLE .
- Install heat shield cover.
