Select Lever: Disassembly

  1. Remove the grip.
  2. Remove the indicator light and then remove the indicator cover.
    NOTE: Be careful not to break the indicator light during removal.

  3. Remove the blind.
  4. Remove the clips and then remove the guide plate.

  5. Remove the clamp, and shift lock solenoid.

  6. Remove the lock plate.

  7. Remove the cushion plate.

  8. Remove the clip and remove the "P" position switch.

  9. Remove the cap and then extract straight pin.

  10. Remove the select lever lower then take away the select lever upper from plate.

  11. Remove the spring and remove the detent arm.

  12. Remove the cushion.
