Measure switch resistance.
Front passenger's door switch:

| UP | 8 and 3 and 5, 4 and 7 | Less than 1 ohm |
| OFF | 4 and 7, 6 and 5 | Less than 1 ohm |
| DOWN | 8 and 3 and 7, 6 and 5 | Less than 1 ohm |
If NG, replace the sub-switch.
