Front Door Glass: Removal

Remove door trim. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Front Door Trim . >
Remove sealing cover. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Front Sealing Cover .>
Remove outer weatherstrip.
Remove inner stabilizer.

Remove outer mirror. < Ref. to , REMOVAL , Outer Mirror Assembly. >
Remove gusset.

Operate the power window switch to move glass to the position shown in Fig 3 , and then remove the two nuts from service holes.

Take out glass from above of door panel.

CAUTION:

Do not turn regulator in the closing direction after removal of the glass. Otherwise gear may be disengaged.
Avoid impact and damage to the glass.
