Select Lever: Removal

Set the vehicle on a lift.
Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
Set the select lever to "N" range.
Lift-up the vehicle.
Remove the rear exhaust pipe and muffler.
Non-turbo model

Remove the heat shield cover. (If equipped)
Disconnect the cable from range select lever and then remove the cable bracket.

Lower the vehicle.
Remove the console box. <Ref. to REMOVAL Console Box. >
Disconnect the connectors, and then remove the four bolts to take out the select lever assembly from vehicle body.
