Tumble Generator Valve Assembly: Removal

Release the fuel pressure. Refer to RELEASING OF FUEL PRESSURE , PROCEDURE, Fuel .
Remove the collector cover.
Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

Open the fuel filler lid, and remove the fuel filler cap.
Remove the intake manifold. Refer to REMOVAL , Intake Manifold .
Disconnect the connector from the tumble generator valve assembly.

Remove the fuel injector. Refer to REMOVAL , Fuel Injector .
Remove the tumble generator valve body from intake manifold.
