Select Lever: Disassembly

  1. Remove the gasket and plate COMPL.

  3. Insert a flat-tip screwdriver with a thin tip under the connector and disconnect each connector from the plate COMPL.

  5. Remove the spacer bolt and remove the plate guide COMPL.

  7. Remove the shift lock clamp, spring A, select lever rod, lock plate cushion, and bushing.

  9. Remove the bracket.

  11. Remove the detent spring.

  13. Remove the shift lock solenoid unit.

  15. Raise the claw of connector.

  17. Disconnect the terminals of the SPORT mode switch, "P" range switch, and shift lock solenoid from the connector, using a flat-tip screwdriver with a thin tip.

  19. Remove the grommet.

  21. Remove the spring pin.

  23. Pull out the arm assembly, remove select lever COMPL, and remove bracket arm detent and bushing.

  25. Remove the rod detent and spring detent from the bracket arm detent.
