The normal operation of the navigation system is to show the "Agree" screen upon start up. If the Agree button is not selected within a set period of time, the language menu is supposed to appear. This is the default setting. If the person does not understand English and ignores the warning message by not pressing "Agree", the user has the option to change the language enabling them to read and understand the warning.
