If you are presented with concerns or inquiries relating to XM Traffic subscriptions, here is a list of contacts that you can use to help resolve them.
Be aware of two things when talking with XM about XM Traffic:

When contacting XM, be sure to specify the unit is a Navigation Unit (not a Harman/Kardon unit) otherwise, you will be told it is not eligible for coverage.
