Unit Inspection

  1. Fuel pump assembly check
    1. Visual inspection
      1. Check that the fuel pump assembly has no deformation, cracks or other damages.
    2. Resistance check
      1. Measure the resistance between the fuel pump (high pressure side) terminals.
      RESISTANCE

      Inspection terminals Inspection conditions Standard value
      1 - 2 20°C {68°F} 0.45 to 0.55 Ω
