Intake Manifold Assembly: Disassembly

  1. Remove the throttle body. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Throttle Body.>
  2. Remove the EGR pipe. <Ref. to REMOVAL , EGR Pipe.>
  3. Remove the EGR control valve. <Ref. to REMOVAL , EGR Control Valve.>
  4. Remove the purge control solenoid valve. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Purge Control Solenoid Valve.>
  5. Remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor. <Ref. to REMOVAL , Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor.>
  6. Remove the fuel delivery pipe assembly from the intake manifold assembly.
    NOTE: Disconnect the quick connector as shown in the figure.

  7. Remove the fuel pipe assembly from the intake manifold assembly.
