Filler Pipe (Fa20): Removal

Fuel spill prevention procedure (Refer to FUEL SYSTEM (FA20) )
Fuel draining (Refer to REMOVAL )
Disconnection of the battery ground terminal (Refer to WORKING PRECAUTIONS AND NOTES )
Removal of fuel filler cap
1. Open the fuel filler lid, and remove the fuel filler cap.
2. Turn the fuel filler pipe protector in the direction of the arrow to unlock and remove it.

Removal of rear suspension member sub-assembly (Refer to REMOVAL )
Removal of rear mud guard RH
1. Remove the clip, and remove the rear mud guard RH.
Removal of filler pipe
1. Disconnect the fuel tank to filler pipe hose (A) and the vent hose (B) from the filler pipe, and disconnect the quick connector of the drain tube (C).

2. Remove the bolts and nuts that secures the filler pipe to the body.

3. Remove the filler pipe from the under-carriage.
