Intake Manifold: Assembly

Liquid gasket: 

THREE BOND 1105 (Part No. 004403010) or equivalent 

Tightening torque: 

17 N.m (1.7 kgf-m, 12.5 ft-lb) 

1. Install the purge control solenoid valve. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Purge Control Solenoid Valve.>
2. Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor.>
3. Install the EGR pipe B. <Ref. to EGR PIPE B , INSTALLATION, EGR Pipe.>
4. Install the EGR control valve. <Ref. to INSTALLATION , EGR Control Valve.>
5. Install the engine harness to the intake manifold. <Ref. to ENGINE HARNESS , COMPONENT, General Description.>
6. Install the fuel pipe assembly, and install the fuel injector pipe and the fuel hose. <Ref. to CONNECTING THE FUEL DELIVERY HOSE , INSTALLATION, Fuel Delivery and Evaporation Lines.>

   Tightening torque: 

   T1: 1.25 N.m (0.1 kgf-m, 0.9 ft-lb) 

   T2: 6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
