Exhaust Side

  1. Using a new O-ring, install the intake oil control solenoid to the chain cover.
    NOTE: Apply engine oil to O-ring.

    Tightening torque: 

    6.4N.m (0.7kgf-m, 4.7ft-lb) 

  2. Connect the connector to the intake oil control solenoid.
  3. Install the air intake duct. (RH side only) Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>Air Intake Duct>INSTALLATION .
  4. Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
