How To Use Check Board

Use the check board when measuring the ECM terminal voltage and resistance.
Use the connector (B) with part label (A) when measuring the voltage, current and resistance. Connect the connector (C) to the engine control module.

CAUTION:
- If you mistakenly insert a taper pin for measurement into the ECM connector (C), do not use the check board again, otherwise a malfunction may (poor contact, etc.) occur on the vehicle.
- Affix the check board to the vehicle using tape (B) so that it may not contact the portion (A).
- To prevent damage to the connector, when connecting the connector to ECM, insert the connector straight in until it stops, and while maintaining the position, lock the lever.
