Intake Manifold: Disassembly

  1. Remove the fuel injector pipe and the fuel hose, and remove the fuel pipe assembly.

  2. Remove the engine harness. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H6DO)>General Description>COMPONENT>ENGINE HARNESS .
  3. Remove the EGR control valve. Ref. to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H6DO)>EGR Control Valve>REMOVAL .
  4. Remove the EGR pipe B. Ref. to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H6DO)>EGR Pipe>REMOVAL>EGR PIPE B .
  5. Remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H6DO)>Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor>REMOVAL .
  6. Remove the purge control solenoid valve. Ref. to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H6DO)>Purge Control Solenoid Valve>REMOVAL .
