- Remove the Battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS(STI)>Battery>REMOVAL

- Remove the secondary air pump. Ref. to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (STI)>Secondary Air Pump>REMOVAL

- Remove the bolts that secure the air duct to the rocker cover LH, and lift the air duct.
- Disconnect the connector from ignition coil.
CAUTION:
Be careful not to damage the claw (a) of the connector.
- Remove the ignition coil.
NOTE:
Turn #4 ignition coil by 180° to remove it.
- Remove the spark plug with a spark plug socket.
