Secondary Pressure Sensor: Installation

CAUTION: If water or oil contacts the connector terminal of secondary pressure sensor, replace it with a new part.
  1. Install the secondary pressure sensor using a new O-ring, and connect the connector.
    NOTE: Apply CVT to the O-rings.

    Tightening torque: 

    39 N.m (4.0 kgf-m, 28.8 ft-lb)

  2. Install the front exhaust pipe. Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DO)>FRONT EXHAUST PIPE>INSTALLATION .
  3. Connect the battery ground terminal. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  4. Check the CVT level. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580)>CVTF>INSPECTION .
