Select Lever

  1. Apply Multemp D No. 2 or equivalent to the sliding portion of each part.
  2. Install the detent rod and the detent spring.
  3. Install the plate guide.
  4. Install the arm.
  5. Install the lever.
  6. Install the guide pin.
  7. Install the clamp.
  8. Install the guide pin.
  9. Install a new nut.

  10. Install the control shaft.
  11. Install a new nut.

  12. Install the solenoid unit, Ref. to CONTROL SYSTEMS>AT SHIFT LOCK SOLENOID AND "P" RANGE SWITCH>INSTALLATION>SOLENOID UNIT .
  13. Install the harness to the plate.
  14. Install the connector to the plate.
  15. Install the gasket.
  16. Install the spacer.
  17. Check the select lever operation condition.
