M/T Clutch System: Flywheel: Removal

  1. Remove the transmission assembly. Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL (6MT) (TY75)>MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL . Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL (6MT) (TY85)>MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>REMOVAL .
  2. Remove the clutch cover and clutch disc. Refer to CLUTCH SYSTEM>CLUTCH DISC AND COVER>REMOVAL .
  3. Using the ST, remove the flywheel.
    ST 498497100 CRANKSHAFT STOPPER

  4. Drive out the pilot bearing from the flywheel.
