LH Side

  1. Remove the battery. Ref. to STARTING/CHARGING SYSTEMS (H4DOTC)>BATTERY>REMOVAL .
  2. Disengage the claw (A) which holds the battery cable to the bracket, and disengage the claw (B) which holds the engine wiring harness.
  3. Remove the bracket.

  4. Disconnect the connector from ignition coil.
    NOTE: While pressing the spring (a) shown in the figure, slide it in the direction of the arrow with a clip remover.

  5. Remove the ignition coil.
