- Resistance check
- Measure the resistance between the terminals.

- Apply the battery voltage between the terminals and check the motor operation.
CAUTION:- Drain the fuel completely.
- Perform the check in a short period of time (10 sec. or less).
- Place the fuel pump as far apart as possible from the battery.
- Resistance check
