Gateway Control Module: Installation
CAUTION:
When the control module related to immobilizer has been replaced, be sure to perform the registration of immobilizer system.
- For model without keyless access with push button start, refer to the Type G in "REGISTRATION MANUAL FOR IMMOBILIZER". (Except for model for CO, C5)
- For model with keyless access with push button start, refer to the Type H in "REGISTRATION MANUAL FOR IMMOBILIZER".
- For model without keyless access with push button start, refer to the Type I in "REGISTRATION MANUAL FOR IMMOBILIZER". (CO, C5)
- Before handling the airbag system components, refer to "CAUTION" of "General Description" in "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Refer to AIRBAG SYSTEM>General Description>CAUTION .
- Install the central gateway Control Module.
- Install the speaker assembly center. Refer to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>Front Speaker>INSTALLATION .
- Install the center information display assembly and the ornament panel mid passenger. Refer to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>Cockpit Display>INSTALLATION .
- Install the cover assembly front. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Console Box>INSTALLATION .
- Install the grip and boot. Refer to CONTROL SYSTEMS>Select Lever>INSTALLATION .
- Install the cover center UPR or the driver monitoring unit assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENTATION/DRIVER INFO>Driver Monitoring Unit>INSTALLATION .
- Install the visor assembly. Refer to INSTRUMENTATION/DRIVER INFO>Combination Meter>INSTALLATION .
- Install the cover LWR driver. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Instrument Panel Lower Cover>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
