Front Regulator and Motor Assembly: Removal

CAUTION: Before handling the airbag system components, refer to AIRBAG SYSTEM>General Description>CAUTION .
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the trim panel front door. Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Door Trim>REMOVAL>FRONT DOOR .
  3. Remove the front sealing cover. Refer to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>Sealing Cover>REMOVAL>FRONT SEALING COVER .
  4. Remove the weather strip inner door front. Refer to EXTERIOR BODY PANELS>Weather Strip>REPLACEMENT>FRONT DOOR>DOOR PANEL (INNER) .
  5. Remove the glass assembly front door. Refer to GLASS/WINDOWS/MIRRORS>Front Door Glass>REMOVAL>FRONT DOOR GLASS .
  6. Remove the regulator & motor assembly front.
    1. Disconnect the connector and clamp.
    2. Remove the bolts, and then remove the regulator & motor assembly front.
