Throttle Sensor (Method With SUBARU Select Monitor)

  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON. (Engine OFF)
  2. Read the accelerator opening angle signal and throttle sensor voltage using Subaru Select Monitor. Refer to ENGINE (DIAGNOSTICS) (H4DO)>DATA MONITOR .
    Throttle sensor Accelerator pedal Acceleration opening angle signal Standard
    Main Not depressed (full closed) 0.0% Approx. 0.6 - 1.2 V
    Depressed (full opened) 100.0% Approx. 3.8 - 4.4 V
    Sub Not depressed (full closed) 0.0% Approx. 1.4 - 2.0 V
    Depressed (full opened) 100.0% Approx. 4.0 - 4.6 V
