Intake Manifold Assembly: Assembly
- Connect the fuel delivery pipe to the fuel pipe. Refer to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>Fuel Delivery and Evaporation Lines>INSTALLATION>QUICK CONNECTOR CONNECTION (TYPE B) .
- Install the fuel pipe and fuel delivery pipe.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf-m, 4.7 ft-lb)
- Install the vacuum pipe assembly. Refer to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H4DOTC)>Vacuum Pipe Assembly>INSTALLATION .
- Install the check valve. Refer to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H4DOTC)>Check Valve>INSTALLATION .
- Install the manifold absolute pressure and intake air temperature sensor. Refer to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>Manifold Absolute Pressure and Intake Air Temperature Sensor>INSTALLATION .
- Install the purge control solenoid valve. Refer to EMISSION CONTROL (AUX. EMISSION CONTROL DEVICES) (H4DOTC)>Purge Control Solenoid Valve>INSTALLATION .
- Set a new gasket, and temporarily install the EGR pipe No. 1.
- When the engine coolant has been drained before removing the intake manifold assembly
- Install the throttle body. Refer to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DOTC)>Throttle Body>INSTALLATION .
