Fuel Pump Control Unit: Installation

  1. Connect the connector to the fuel pump control module.
  2. Install the fuel pump control module.

    Tightening torque: 

    5 N.m (0.5 kgf-m, 3.7 ft-lb)

  3. Install the trim panel trunk side RH. (Sedan model) Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Trunk Room Trim>INSTALLATION .
  4. Install the trim panel assembly apron RH. (OUTBACK model) Refer to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>Rear Quarter Trim>INSTALLATION .
  5. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Refer to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
