Front Differential: Inspection

Check each part for excessive wear.
Check that there is no deformation, cracks or other damages.
Check the bearing for smooth rotation.
Using a magnet stand and dial gauge (lever type), check the backlash of the pinion gear.
Specification:

0.13 - 0.18 mm (0.0051 - 0.0071 in)
