Intermediate Case: Assembly

Install the reverse brake. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR690)>Reverse Brake>ASSEMBLY .
Install the plug to the intermediate case with a new O-ring.
CAUTION:
- Before installing O-rings, apply sufficient amount of CVTF to avoid damage and deformation.
- Use SUBARU genuine CVTF.
- Be careful not to incorrectly install or fail to install O-rings and other such parts.
Tightening torque:

25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)
Install the parking support.
Tightening torque:

25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)
Temporarily install the filler plug.
NOTE: Replace the filler plug gasket with a new part after adjusting CVTF fluid.
