Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC): Operation

On [Start] screen, select [Diagnosis].
On [Vehicle selection] screen, input the target vehicle information and select [OK].
On [Main Menu] screen, select [Each System].
On [Select System] screen, select the corresponding system and select [Enter].
On [Select Function] screen, select [DTC].

NOTE:

For detailed operation procedures, refer to "Help" of application.
When using the Subaru Select Monitor, turn the ignition switch to ON.
Sub screen may appear in the system selection display. In that case, select appropriate items in accordance with the contents of the display.

Contents

Current

Current status is a diagnostic code displayed when the system is judging the current malfunction. However, if a DTC is recorded due to poor contact etc., the code remains displayed as current malfunction during the driving cycle even after the poor contact has resolved.

The past

Past status is a diagnostic code for a malfunction that was confirmed in the past but is not presently occurring. When a current malfunction is recorded, it is also displayed as a past malfunction at the same time.

Pending

This is a diagnostic code that was detected during the current or most recent driving cycle. Although a malfunction has not been confirmed, there is the possibility of an abnormality.

Latest Results⁽¹⁾

Current status is a diagnostic code displayed when the system is judging the current malfunction. However be aware that when a DTC was recorded due to poor contact or another problem, and the poor contact or other problem was later corrected, the display disappears.

Confirmed⁽¹⁾

Past status is a diagnostic code for a malfunction that was confirmed in the past but is not presently occurring.
