Initialization By Power Window Switch (Passenger's Side)

Perform registration when any of the following procedures are taken.

• With the ignition switch ON, when a power window is rolled up/down and then the power supply is cut. (This is because the positional information is updated at the moment the power window is moved after the ignition switch is turned ON.)
• When regulator or regulator motor is replaced. (Registration is not necessary when the battery is replaced.)

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
2. Operate the switch - power window main or the switch - power window on the passenger's side in "DOWN" direction to fully open the glass assembly - front door on the passenger's side. Once the window is fully opened, hold the switch for longer than one second.
   NOTE:

   • Wherever the glass is at any position, operate the switch in "DOWN" direction.
   • The operation can be done from both the switch - power window main and the switch - power window on the passenger's side.
3. Operate the switch - power window main or the switch - power window on the passenger's side in "UP" direction to fully close the glass assembly - front door on the passenger's side. Once the window is fully closed, hold the switch for longer than one second.
   NOTE: At this time, do not move the vehicle.
4. Operate the switch - power window main or switch - power window on passenger's side in "AUTO DOWN" direction to check whether the window fully opens properly. Also, operate the switch in "AUTO UP" direction to check whether the window fully closed properly.
   NOTE:

   • If the window does not fully open/close properly, repeat steps  1) to 4).
   • The operation can be done from both the switch - power window main and the switch - power window on the passenger's side.
