Engine Starting System & Charging System: Generator: Installation

Temporarily install the generator.
Tighten the bolts in the numerical order as shown in the figure.
Tightening torque:

25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)

Connect the connector and terminal B.
Tightening torque:

15.5 N.m (1.6 kgf-m, 11.4 ft-lb)
Install the V-belts. Ref. to V-BELT .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
