Air Cleaner Case: Installation
- Install the air cleaner case bracket and install the cushion.NOTE: Align the protrusion of the cushion with the cutout portion on the air cleaner case bracket.
Tightening torque:
7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
- Install the air cleaner case (front).
Tightening torque:
Bolt
6 N.m (0.6 kgf-m, 4.4 ft-lb)
Nut
7.5 N.m (0.8 kgf-m, 5.5 ft-lb)
- Install the air cleaner element and the air cleaner case (rear). Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>Air Cleaner Element>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the air intake boot.
Tightening torque:
3 N.m (0.3 kgf-m, 2.2 ft-lb)
- Connect the connector to the mass air flow and intake air temperature sensor, and secure the harness with clip.
- Install the air intake duct.
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor, Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
