High-Pressure Fuel Delivery Pipe

Temporarily tighten the flare nut of the high-pressure fuel delivery pipe by hand until it seats, and tighten the flare nuts on both ends.
CAUTION:
- Always use a new high-pressure fuel delivery pipe.
- Check that the seal surface of the fuel injector pipe LH and the high-pressure fuel pump have no deformation, cracks or other damages.
- Check that the seal surface of the fuel injector pipe LH and the high-pressure fuel pump have no foreign materials.
Tightening torque:

25 N.m (2.5 kgf-m, 18.4 ft-lb)

Install the fuel pipe insulator No. 3 Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>Fuel Insulator>INSTALLATION .
Install the intake manifold assembly. Ref. to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (H4DO)>Intake Manifold Assembly>INSTALLATION .
Install the air intake boot. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>AIR INTAKE BOOT>INSTALLATION .
Install the collector cover. Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>COLLECTOR COVER>INSTALLATION .
Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor, Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
