Oil Control Solenoid: Removal: Exhaust

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
  2. Remove the air intake duct (rear). Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>AIR INTAKE DUCT>REMOVAL
  3. Disconnect the connector (A) and remove the oil control solenoid.

  4. Remove the backup ring from the oil control solenoid.
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
  2. Disconnect the connector (A) and remove the oil control solenoid.
