Electric Fluid Pump: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor, Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
  2. Drain the CVTF. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580)>CVTF>REPLACEMENT .
  3. Remove the front exhaust pipe. Ref. to EXHAUST (H4DO)>FRONT EXHAUST PIPE>REMOVAL .
  4. Disconnect the connector and remove the electric oil pump.
    NOTE: Prepare the container for draining of engine oil.

  5. Remove the O-rings.
