Transmission Case: Disassembly

  1. Remove the oil stopper plate.

  2. Remove the plug, and remove the oil control valve holder.

  3. Remove the O-ring from the oil control valve holder.
  4. Remove all plugs.

  5. Remove the oil seal using a screwdriver wrapped with cloth etc.

  6. Remove the ball bearing of the secondary pulley using the ST1 and ST2.
    1. Remove the claw (A) of ST1, and attach the claw of ST2.

      Preparation tool: 

      ST1: PULLER ASSY (398527700)

      ST2: CLAW (18760AA000)

    2. Remove the ball bearing of the secondary pulley using the ST1 and ST2.

  7. Remove the oil guide.

  8. Remove the roller bearing.

  9. Remove the thrust bearing.

  10. Remove the CVTF filter cover and gasket.

  11. Remove the CVTF filter.
