Exhaust Side
- RH SIDE
- Install the backup ring to the oil control solenoid.
- Using a new O-ring, install the oil control solenoid.NOTE: Apply engine oil to O-ring.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf.m, 4.7 ft.b)
- Connect the connector.
- Install the air intake duct (rear). Ref. to INTAKE (INDUCTION) (H4DO)>AIR INTAKE DUCT>INSTALLATION .
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
- LH SIDE
- Install the backup ring to the oil control solenoid.
- Using a new O-ring, install the oil control solenoid.NOTE: Apply engine oil to O-ring.
Tightening torque:
6.4 N.m (0.7 kgf.m, 4.7 ft.lb)
- Connect the connector.
- Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to GROUND TERMINAL REMOVAL OR INSTALLATION .
