Power Rear Gate Inner Switch: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the cap panel rear gate switch.
    1. Release the claws and pull out the cap panel rear gate switch rearward.
      NOTE: Insert flat tip screwdrivers wrapped with protective tape into the slits on both sides  .

    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the cap panel rear gate switch.
  3. Release the claws and remove the power rear gate inner switch and the power rear gate lock switch.
