Rear Door Glass: Installation

  1. Install the glass assembly rear door.
  2. Install the sash assembly rear door partition and the glass rear door partition.

    Tightening torque: 

    Refer to "COMPONENT" of "General Description". Ref. to GLASS/WINDOW/MIRRORS>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>COMPONENT>REAR DOOR GLASS .

  3. Install the running channel rear door.
    NOTE: Check that the running channel is securely fixed to the door panel assembly and to the sash assembly.
  4. Install the rear sealing cover. Ref. to REAR SEALING COVER .
  5. Install the trim panel rear door. Ref. to EXTERIOR/INTERIOR TRIM>DOOR TRIM>INSTALLATION .
  6. Connect the ground terminal to battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
