Driver Monitoring Unit: Removal

CAUTION: When replacing the driver monitoring unit, perform the variant work. Ref. to DRIVER MONITOR (DIAGNOSTICS)>WORK SUPPORT>OPERATION .
  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY .
  2. Remove the driver monitoring unit.
CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the driver monitoring unit.
  1. Release the claws and pull out the driver monitoring unit assembly.
  2. Disconnect the connector and remove the driver monitoring unit assembly.

  3. Remove the screws and remove the driver monitoring unit from the cover center UPR.
