Transmission Harness: Installation

  1. Connect the transmission harness to the control valve body. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580)>CONTROL VALVE BODY>INSTALLATION .
  2. Connect the connector and ground terminal as shown in the figure, and install the clips.

    Tightening torque: 

    13 N.m (1.3 kgf-m, 9.6 ft-lb)

  3. Install the air breather hose. Ref. to CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION (TR580)>AIR BREATHER HOSE>INSTALLATION .
