Backup Battery

  1. Disconnect the ground terminal from battery sensor. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY
  2. Remove the data communication module. Ref. to ENTERTAINMENT & MONITORING>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE>REMOVAL>DATA COMMUNICATION MODULE 
  3. Remove the backup battery.
    1. Using TORX® T10, remove the cap screw, and then remove the battery cover.
    2. Disconnect the connector and remove the backup battery.
