Power Amplifier: Removal

CAUTION:

Before handling the airbag system components, refer to "CAUTION" of "General Description" in "AIRBAG SYSTEM". Ref. to AIRBAG SYSTEM>GENERAL DESCRIPTION>CAUTION

NOTE:

The power amplifier assembly is installed under the front seat RH. Remove the power amplifier assembly after sliding the front seat RH back and forth as necessary.

Disconnect the ground terminal from the battery sensor, and wait for at least 60 seconds before starting work. Ref. to REPAIR CONTENTS>NOTE>BATTERY

Remove the power amplifier assembly.

Remove the nut and harness clip.

Disconnect the connector (a).

Move the lock lever in the arrow direction as shown in the figure and disconnect the connector (b) and remove the power amplifier assembly.
