Press in a new pilot bearing to the position where it is flush with the flywheel surface or up to 0.4 mm (0.016 in) deeper than that.
CAUTION: Do not press the bearing inner ring.

Install the flywheel and ST.

ST 498497100 CRANKSHAFT STOPPER

Tighten the flywheel mounting bolts to the specified torque.
NOTE: Tighten the flywheel attachment bolts gradually. Each bolt should be tightened to the specified torque in a crisscross order.

Tightening torque:

75 N.m (7.6 kgf-m, 55.3 ft-lb)

Install the clutch disc and clutch cover. Refer to CLUTCH SYSTEM>CLUTCH DISC AND COVER>INSTALLATION .
Install the transmission assembly. Refer to MANUAL TRANSMISSION AND DIFFERENTIAL(6MT) (TY85)>MANUAL TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY>INSTALLATION .
